Natalie Chua is a Managing Director of Redhill. She is primarily responsible for the growth of the global business and the integration of Redhill’s international operations, as well as the development of new product and service offerings. She also oversees strategic partnerships and market expansion efforts for the agency across markets.
With a decade of experience in integrated marketing communications and event management, Natalie’s track record spans the lifestyle, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), finance, government and emerging tech sectors. Notable past clients include Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Samsonite, the Singapore Textile and Fashion Federation, Singapore’s Ministry of Law, LHN Group, VP Bank and Skyports.
Natalie joined Redhill in 2017 as its first Head of Digital and was part of Redhill’s pioneer team. She started and grew the agency’s digital marketing capabilities, created a digital marketing team and contributed to the agency’s growth by bringing added value to client campaigns that required a holistic and integrated approach.
Prior to joining Redhill, Natalie was at DeVries Global, executing digital-first public relations campaigns for some of the world’s top FMCG brands including Pantene, SK-II, Johnson’s Baby and Aveeno, as well as other household names such as Hasbro, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and the National Gallery of Singapore.
Natalie holds a B.A. (Hons) in Politics and Sociology from the University of Warwick. She is an avid traveller and loves exploring new places and cultures, having been to over 30 countries so far. She prefers to relax by cooking, enjoying a good meal, and indulging in a glass of good wine.
