Tavy Cussinel is a Managing Director of Redhill. She is responsible for business development and operations for Redhill in four key verticals: luxury and lifestyle, healthcare, education and sustainability. She also oversees the Singapore and Thailand teams, as well as spearheads the growth of Redhill’s practice in the United Kingdom. 

An award-winning strategic communications specialist, Tavy is a growth-focused thought leader with over two decades of experience in business development, market analysis, brand partnerships, large-scale multi-market campaigns, social/digital integration, and global integrated communications. She works with well-known clients such as Cochlear, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Axios International, Pfizer Singapore and WWF-Singapore as well as startups such as Growthwell, Ampverse, Culture Group, CellVec and LingoAce. 

Prior to joining Redhill, Tavy founded, scaled and sold a boutique PR agency in London, which specialised in fashion, beauty, healthcare and lifestyle. It also housed fashion collections from high street and online brands to designers showing on the London and Paris fashion weeks. She also consulted for various PR agencies and in-house PR teams, along with managing the PR profiles of several top-tier hair and makeup artistes after her career launch at Unilever Cosmetics International (Europe), where she coordinated marketing and PR resources for 12 markets. 

Tavy and her team at Redhill have been recognised for stellar campaign and PR work at several prestigious industry awards. They won the Multi-Country Campaign Award (Asia Pacific) at the PRCA APAC Awards 2022 for their work on the Southeast Asia launch of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, while a separate campaign for one of the hotel’s restaurants, Ms Jigger, emerged as a finalist in the SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific 2021 and the Marketing-Interactive PR Awards 2022. 

Tavy has a BA (Hons) in French Studies (oral distinction) from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and spent a year abroad at the Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, France, under the Erasmus programme. She is currently pursuing accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. A true believer in looking good and feeling better, she is a self-proclaimed fitness freak and often does yoga, pilates or cycling. She is also a keen reader, a poetry writer, and a collector of perfumes and vintage clothes.
